Save A Lot Holds Ribbon Cutting

Posted

The Martin community, as well as members of The Chamber of Commerce, gathered together on September 18 for the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Save A Lot. Previously, the building was home to E.W. James & Son, which served the Martin and surrounding communities for quite some time, and have now transitioned.

Before the ceremony started, the new Save A Lot had given away 50 bags of free groceries, and they had refreshments for anyone who stopped by the store.

“This will bring more people here to shop. We are so grateful that you are here in Martin,”
said Mayor Randy Brundige.

While changes were being made, the entire store was reset with Save A Lot products and signage within only three weeks, and the store was open daily as they were making these changes.

Save A Lot is now open seven days a week and is located at 145 Commons Drive.
