Celebrate Huntingdon’s 31st Annual Heritage Day Festival Sept 28

It is time once again to celebrate Huntingdon Heritage Day Festival with the Town of Huntingdon.  On Saturday, September 28, from 10:00a.m. to 3:30p.m., all are invited to Huntingdon’s historic Court Square to join this free, all-day special event honoring the rich history of Carroll County and its county seat, Huntingdon. 

This year marks the 31st annual Heritage Day and its longstanding tradition, with the festival’s schedule promising to deliver fun and entertainment. Festival goers can expect to enjoy a cruise-in, inflatables, ISTEA train rides, Carroll Arts Storytelling, face painting and Mudslinger’s pottery, petting zoo, kids’ activities and 50+ vendor booths for jewelry, clothing, crafts, food trucks, snow cones, and ice cream, along with music and entertainment acts on two stages. Don't forget local shopping with In-Store specials and local restaurants with your favorite dishes!

The Carroll Bank & Trust Bandstand Stage will host a variety of live music acts from 11:15-3:30.

  • Huntingdon Heritage Festival Ceremony at 10-10:45am
  • Fisher Stokes 11-12pm
  • Wallace and Company 12:30-1:30pm
  • Kellye Cash 2-3:15pm

The children’s stage, sponsored by the Huntingdon Animal Clinic, will feature family entertainment from 11:00 until 3:00pm; the lineup to be announced shortly.
