On June 24, 2024, the following dispositions were recorded:
Joe William Parker had multiple charges with different outcomes. His case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1011 was dismissed for both the expired registration under TCA 55-4-104 and the motor vehicle light law violation under TCA 55-9-402. However, he was found guilty as charged for the financial responsibility law under TCA 55-12-139 and the seat belt violation for individuals 18 and older under TCA 55-9-603.
Javon J. Green, with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1675, was found guilty as charged for simple possession/casual exchange under TCA 39-17-418. Mark Anthony Bauer, case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1702, was found guilty as charged for speeding 9 or fewer miles over the limit under TCA 55-8-152. Joseph Dale Porter, case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1720, was found guilty as charged for speeding under TCA 55-8-152. Shaynah Bathiah Whitmore, with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1741, was found guilty as charged for speeding 9 or fewer miles over the limit under TCA 55-8-152. Roy Gene Lambert, case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1742, was found guilty as charged for speeding under TCA 55-8-152. Timothy Cavender, with case number 92GS1-2024-CR-1812, was found guilty as charged for the seat belt violation for individuals 18 and older under TCA 55-9-603.
On June 26, 2024, the following dispositions were recorded:
Julian Joseph Prichard had multiple charges dismissed. His case number 92GS1-2008-CR-2420 for public intoxication under TCA 39-17-310, case number 92GS1-2009-PV-6871 for probation violation under PV-00-000, and case number 92GS1-2010-CR-1209 for failure to appear (misdemeanor) under TCA 39-16-609 (D) were all dismissed. Anthony Jordan Paschall was bound over on charges of auto/boat/airplane/motor vehicle burglary under TCA 39-13-1002, theft of property valued at $10,000-$60,000 under TCA 39-14-103, and theft of property valued at $2,500 to less than $10,000 under TCA 39-14-103.
