Northwest TN Eagle Riders Car, Truck and Bike Show Event Raises $3,000

The Northwest TN Eagle Riders, a non-profit group of men and women supporting veterans, raised $3,000 Saturday, June 8 to help support their current and future missions.

This was the groups first annual event of this kind.

While the morning started off with rain and lightning, it tapered off quickly and the event experienced no delays.

The event featured a car show, a silent auction, grilled food and music.

The car show had a total of 64 entries and every item in the silent auction was sold.

The event served over $1,000 in food and approximately 350 people attended in support of the event.

“There was great support from our sponsors and the community,” Jackie Laird, Director stated.

NWTN Eagle Riders help support local veterans and the community by holding flag raising events, the field of flags, help with scouts events, attend community events and much more.
